    10. Particulars of pre-deceased / divorced spouses of the deceased
    11. Original Divorce Order and Settlement Agreement of deceased
    12. Name and address of employer and employee-number of deceased
    13. Income Tax (SARS) details (number and office), copy of last assessment and name of Bookkeeper / Auditor / Tax Consultant
    14. Medical Aid name, address, and membership number
    15. Pension fund, name, address, and reference number
    16. Name, address, and telephone number of deceased's doctor
    17. In the event of unnatural death, full details in this regard
    18. Hiring and letting contracts
    19. Short-term insurance policies
    20. Original Title Deed / Sectional Title Deed / Certificate of Mineral Rights / Trust Deed(s)
    21. Details of Bondholder(s), account number(s) and amount(s)
    22. Particulars of furniture and household effects and farming equipment, if applicable (Estimated second hand value)
    23. Fire-arm licence(s)
    24. Original registration documents of motor vehicles
